La villa si trova al mare in una località balneare (Fontane Bianche), a circa 15 km da Siracusa.
E 'composta da una camera matrimoniale, una camera da letto doppia (da adibire anche a camera matrimoniale o anche tripla con letto a castello su richiesta) con ampio armadio, un soggiorno con un letto (è possibile aggiungere un altro posto letto) e cucina attrezzata (con frigorifero, fornelli a gas, forno a gas ed elettrico, stoviglie, ecc), un bagno, una camera da pranzo luminosa in una piccola veranda chiusa a vetri e finestra a tetto con annesso spogliatoio con armadio e ripostiglio in alto, lavanderia esterna con pila, lavatrice e doccia esterna riscaldata annessa, una grande veranda arredata con vista sul giardino. Nei pressi della veranda in giardino (250 mq) vicino al pozzo, si trova un tavolo, sedie, barbecue sotto un ampio ombrellone.
La villa è situata in una tranquilla zona residenziale, circondata da un giardino con prato ben curato e da una siepe molto alta che crea particolare privacy ed è ben isolata dalle strade con cui confina . Davanti ampio parcheggio (privato) anche ombreggiato per posti auto,. Nelle immediate vicinanze (300 metri) ci sono molti negozi : market, panetteria, rosticceria, alimentari, edicola, macelleria, ortofrutta, panineria, distributore con bar e una piccola chiesa per le messe di fine settimana. A pochi metri sono presenti: una fermata con pensilina per autobus che collegano Fontane Bianche e Siracusa ogni 30 minuti e una stazione ferroviaria con un treno che collega con Siracusa,Noto e Pachino.
La zona di mare di Fontane Bianche ha una lunga spiaggia di sabbia bianca e finissima e mare limpido e cristallino con lidi e spiagge libere raggiungibili anche a piedi (circa 650 m) ed una scogliera con piccoli golfetti, piattaforme e solarium nelle immediate vicinanze ( circa 600 m ).
Nelle vicinanze sono presenti pizzerie, locali,ristoranti, la farmacia e una chiesa con posteggio.
E 'un buon punto di partenza per visitare la parte sud-orientale della Sicilia, si può andare a Noto, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, e al mare altri posto come la riserva naturale di Vendicari, Marina di Ragusa, Marzamemi, Portopalo, ecc ...

The villa is situated on the seafront, in a seaside village (Fontane Bianche), about 15 km from Syracuse. A few meters there are: one stop by bus shelter Fontane Bianche and Syracuse every 30 minutes and a railway station with a train that connects with Syracuse, Noto and Pachino.
The area of the sea of Fontane Bianche has a long beach of white sand and crystal clear sea with beaches and free beaches reachable on foot (about 650 m) and a small Cliff golfetti, platforms and solarium in the immediate vicinity (approximately 600 m).
In the immediate vicinity there are pizzerias, pubs, restaurants, pharmacy and a church with parking.
It is a good starting point for touring the South-Eastern part of Sicily, you can go to Noto, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, and the other place as the natural reserve of Vendicari, Marina di Ragusa, Marzamemi, Portopalo, etc.
