Affitto da privato. Affittasi a studenti / lavoratori ampie camere luminose dotate di internet wifi, riscaldamento centralizzato, aria condizionata, doppi vetri anti rumore alle finestre e comodissimi letti matrimoniali in memory foam in grande casa dell’800 totalmente restaurata nel cuore del centro storico di Palermo nel celebre mercato di origine araba della Vucciria.

In posizione centralissima rispetto a tutte le aree più belle e interessanti della Città.

Le camere, libere a partire dal 1 Ottobre 2023 e disponibili fino a Maggio 2024, in totale sono 6 e così predisposte:

4 stanze al primo piano e altre 2 stanze al secondo piano della proprietà.

Le 4 stanze al primo piano sono dotate di due salotti, una cucina, una libreria, due bagni in comune ed una piccola lavanderia dotata di lavatrice e asciugatrice.

Mentre invece, la quinta e la sesta stanza, al secondo piano della casa, sono entrambe dotate di bagno privato, cucina, terrazza ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti presenti su questi piano ed una lavatrice.

I prezzi mensili delle stanze sono inclusivi di tutte le spese di acqua, luce, gas, internet wifi, condominio e pulizia delle aree comuni una volta al mese.

Le stanze sono da identificare come segue:

Stanza Verde: 480 € mensili. Si tratta della stanza che nelle foto risulta coi copriletti e le asciugamani verdi.

Stanza Gialla: 480 € mensili. Si tratta della stanza che nelle foto risulta con un copriletto arancione raffigurante Buddha, le asciugamani arancioni ed un letto a castello.

Stanza Blu: 480 € mensili. Si tratta della stanza che nelle foto risulta col copriletto, le tende, le asciugamani ed il tappeto di colore blu. Questa stanza possiende anche un piccolo balcone privato.

Stanza Grande: 550 € mensili. Si tratta della stanza che nelle foto risulta con un copriletto con motivi bianchi e rossi, le asciugamani rosse e arancioni, un grande armadio, un letto a castello ed un piccolo balcone privato.

Ed infine, al secondo piano della casa sono presenti:

La stanza Suite Royale: 650 € mensili. Si tratta della stanza che nelle foto risulta coi copriletti rosa, i tappeti persiani, il pianoforte e un letto a castello. Questa stanza è inoltre dotata di bagno privato, cucina privata e balcone privato.

E per ultima, abbiamo la Stanza Queen: 600 € mensili. Si tratta della stanza che nelle foto risulta coi copriletti blu ed un letto a castello coi copriletti e le asciugamani verdi. Questa stanza è dotata di bagno privato e dinnazi a essa possiede una grande terrazza a disposizione anche della stanza Suite Royale.

Le stanze saranno disponibili a partire dall’ 1 Ottobre 2023 fino al 31 Maggio 2024.

Per l’affitto delle stanze è richiesta una caparra pari al prezzo mensile della stanza in questione, che verrà restituita al termine del soggiorno solo e unicamente se la stanza non avrà riportato danni materiali all'arredamento.

Il soggiorno minimo è di 6 mesi.

Per tutta la durata del soggiorno, agli inquilini è garantita I'assistenza da parte del proprietario in caso di problemi di salute e/o problemi relativi al corretto funzionamento della casa.

I prezzi delle stanze NON SONO TRATTABILI.

For rent to students / workers, large bright rooms equipped with wifi internet, central heating, air conditioning, double anti-noise glazing on the windows and very comfortable memory foam double beds in a large 19th century house totally restored in the heart of the historic center of Palermo in the famous market of Arab origin from Vucciria.

In a very central position with respect to all the most beautiful and interesting areas of the city.

The rooms, free starting from 1 October 2023 and available until May 2024, are 6 in total and arranged as follows:

4 rooms on the first floor and another 2 rooms on the second floor of the property.

The 4 rooms on the first floor are equipped with two living rooms, a kitchen, a library, two shared bathrooms and a small laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

While, however, the fifth and sixth rooms, on the second floor of the house, are both equipped with a private bathroom, kitchen, terrace for the exclusive use of guests present on these floors and a washing machine.

The monthly prices of the rooms include all costs of water, electricity, gas, wifi internet, condominium and cleaning of common areas once a month.

The rooms are to be identified as follows:

Green Room: €480 per month. This is the room shown in the photos with the green bedspreads and towels.

Yellow Room: €480 per month. This is the room shown in the photos with an orange bedspread depicting Buddha, orange towels and a bunk bed.

Blue Room: €480 per month. This is the room shown in the photos with the blue bedspread, curtains, towels and carpet. This room also has a small private balcony.

Large Room: €550 per month. This is the room that in the photos appears with a bedspread with red and white motifs, red and orange towels, a large wardrobe, a bunk bed and a small private balcony.

And finally, on the second floor of the house there are:

The Suite Royale room: €650 per month. This is the room shown in the photos with pink bedspreads, Persian carpets, a piano and a bunk bed. This room also comes with a private bathroom, private kitchen and private balcony.

And lastly, we have the Queen Room: €600 per month. This is the room shown in the photos with blue bedspreads and a bunk bed with green bedspreads and towels. This room has a private bathroom and in front of it has a large terrace which is also available to the Suite Royale room.

The rooms will be available from 1 October 2023 until 31 May 2024.

To rent the rooms, a deposit equal to the monthly price of the room in question is required, which will be returned at the end of the stay only if the room has not suffered material damage to the furnishings.

The minimum stay is 6 months.

For the entire duration of the stay, tenants are guaranteed assistance from the owner in case of health problems and/or problems relating to the correct functioning of the house.

Room prices ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE.
