The property is arranged as follows: on the ground floor, there is a kitchen and a living room with access to a private terrace. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms: the first is a double bedroom with the possibility of adding a cot upon request, while the second has three beds.There are two bathrooms, one of which is a service bathroom. The house is conveniently located close to all amenities, including bars, grocery stores, a pharmacy, a post office and a church. It is also close to local public transport and offers private parking with an automatic opening system.

Elle bènèficie d’un emplacement pratique, à proximitè de tous les services, notamment des bars, des èpiceries, d’une pharmacie, d’un bureau de poste et d’une èglise. Elle se trouve ègalement à proximitè des transports en commun locaux et dispose d’un parking privè avec ouverture automatique.

Das gesamte Haus steht Ihnen zur Verfügung und bietet einen fantastischen, atemberaubenden Blick auf den See. Das Haus ist wie folgt aufgeteilt: Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich eine Küche und ein Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zu einer privaten Terrasse. Im Obergeschoss gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer: Das erste ist ein Doppelzimmer, in dem auf Anfrage ein Babybett aufgestellt werden kann. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über drei Schlafplätze. Das Haus hat zwei Badezimmer, eines davon ist ein Gäste-WC. Die Unterkunft liegt günstig in der Nähe aller wichtigen Einrichtungen, darunter Bars, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, eine Apotheke, ein Postamt und eine Kirche. Auch die örtlichen öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind gut erreichbar. Außerdem steht ein privater Parkplatz mit automatischem Öffnungssystem zur Verfügung.
